EU Projects at the Pogodna Jesień Senior Home
ATLANT sp. z o.o. is implementing a project entitled “Establishment of a Day Care Home for the Elderly in Opole,” project number FEOP.07.01-IZ.00-0005/23. The project has received funding from the European Union under the European Social Fund Plus.
Scope of project activities:

Care services for dependent persons.

Provision of assistant services for people with disabilities.

Activation in the physical, intellectual, and social spheres for dependent persons.

Transportation for participants with mobility issues, to be provided according to the needs of dependent persons.

Long-term nursing care as part of long-term care for the elderly and people with disabilities.

Psychological and respite support for informal caregivers.
Target groups:
The project is aimed at elderly people (over 60 years old)—a total of 80 individuals (48 women/32 men), including 40 people with disabilities (24 women/16 men), of whom 32 are from rural areas (19 women/13 men), residing in the city of Opole and Opole County within the Opole Agglomeration Subregion.
The project also supports 80 informal caregivers (50 women/30 men) by enhancing their qualifications in elderly care and providing comprehensive psychological support.
Project objective:
The goal of the project is to increase access to comprehensive care, assistant, and health services for people at risk of social exclusion, especially dependent persons, including the elderly and people with disabilities, who, due to their health condition, are unable to perform basic activities of daily living.
The project is implemented in partnership with the Opolskie Lamy Association.
