The innovations implemented by our institution offer the opportunity to create a sustainable model of long-term care. The Mechanical Engineering Department of the Opole University of Technology has prepared an energy balance of the bathing process we developed for our Clients using the innovative Sit & Shower device.

The energy balance prepared by the Opole University of Technology for the bathing process we developed for our Clients using the Sit & Shower device showed that the potential for saving water consumption annually is 120,000 liters (120 tons). This is equivalent to every resident of Opole saving one liter of water per year.

Research from the Opole University of Technology on the bathing process we have developed for our Clients using the innovative Sit & Shower device shows that it allows us to reduce CO2 emissions by 3,539 kg annually.

At Pogodna Jesień, we continuously improve our procedures

The energy balance prepared by the Opole University of Technology has shown that by using district heating to warm the water for baths, the amount of CO2 emitted into the atmosphere as a result of carrying out the bathing process with the Sit & Shower device is 40% less than if we were to use electrical energy to heat the water.
